About Us

Service does not stop at the individual — it ripples outward and we rise together.

Within Rho Phi Gamma Auxiliary, we pour into one another first. We show up for our sisters in the everyday moments and the defining ones, building a sisterhood where strength is shared and no woman carries her purpose alone. But our commitment does not end within our own ranks.

We extend that same dedication to the men of Phi Gamma Phi Military Fraternity, Inc. — standing alongside them to support recruitment, build retention, and strengthen the bonds that hold our broader military family together. And beyond our letters, we remain rooted in the communities we call home, showing up where there is a need and meeting it with purpose.

This is what it means to rise together — sister to sister, auxiliary to fraternity, and community to community.
